Terms & Conditions 


We require 24hrs notice to cancel any booking. 

Cancellations will not receive a refund of the deposit.

Failure to provide 24hr notice will result in a minimum charge of 50% of the valet price. 

If the valet is cancelled on the day without prior agreement then full payment is due.

Any deposit taken is a minimum of 20% & is non-refundable.

We reserve the right to alter a booking or move a booking in accordance to weather conditions and/or equipment failure without penalty to the company.

Payment can be made by cash, card or Bank Transfer. All invoices for bank transfer payments are to be paid within 3 days of the invoice date, failure to do so will result in a 10% late fee being added.

If your vehicle is far dirtier than the package you have booked for, additional charges may be added at a rate of £25 per hour. Examples include, heavy soiling on the interior, excessive mud, dirt, sick, mould and blood.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure that valeting services are carried out to the highest possible standard, the client is advised to check the vehicle (s) on completion of the valet. If there is any cause for dissatisfaction, the client should point out the discrepancy to AR Valeting Services, who will endeavour to correct it.

No responsibility can be accepted by AR Valeting Services for omission or discrepancies detected after the valeter has left the Clients premises. Should the valet be carried out with 'Client not present' and the client has cause for complaint, the client is asked to contact AR Valeting Services within 24 hours of the valet. No refunds will be given. Should the Client fail to adhere to this time scale, AR Valeting Services will decline to rectify any omissions or discrepancies. 

With Horseboxes NO personal items inside the vehicle, such as Blankets, Cushions, Cutlery, Crockery, Curtains/Blinds etc will be cleaned.

Horse travel area with the 'Full Valet' will only be flushed out with water (no chemicals used; we cannot guarantee stain removal). Should you wish to have a 'Deep Clean' of the Horse travel area, please advise of this on booking and an additional charge of £50 will be applied.

With 'Horsebox Full Valet' all cupboards, tack lockers & draws are not cleaned inside. If you wish for these area to be cleaned, please advise us on the day (no additional charge) these would need to be emptied prior to starting the interior. 

At the time of booking your vehicle valet by AR Valeting Services you are agreeing to the terms & conditions as laid out above.
